In consideration of our other guests and our service providers, we require a 24 hour notice of any cancellation or there will be a service charge.
A credit card is required to secure all bridal appointments.
Missed appointments will be charged a cancellation fee.

We gladly accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard and Gina Agosta Gift Cards for all purchases. Gina Agosta gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
A $30.00 fee will be assessed for returned checks.
Gratuities may be left at your personal discretion. Please know that the same fine services are available to you with or without gratuities. We can not add gratuities to credit cards, gift cards or checks. For your convenience we have an ATM available.
We guarantee all services and homecare products for two weeks. Our salon is dedicated to our guests. We are proud of our service quality and firmly stand behind it. Makeup and boutique items are non-refundable. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service you received, please contact the salon manager immediately so we can address the situation.
We believe that a referral is the best compliment that you could give us. Ask us about our Referral Rewards program.
We ask that you change into the provided gown and remove any clothing you wish to protect prior to the start of your salon services.
